FYI, I think I read somewhere that AP/UB's costs of deposits show up in your MGR for rakeback purposes.

If you are in the US you get deposit fees deducted from your MGR regardless of whether you actually deposited. This did not change did it? For the last 6 or 7 months they have deducted 5% off MGR in fees on all US players.
