Default Flop trip aces and not liking it

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $65.35
BB: $61.50
UTG: $50.75
MP: $126.20
hero (CO): $52.35
BTN: $49.75

Reads: mp is 80/11/3 and is quite the donk
bb is 16/11/2 over 170 odd hands
I was 17/13 and had none done much other then steal the blinds a few times.

Preflop: hero is dealt T A (6 Players)
UTG folds, MP calls $0.50, hero raises to $2.50, 2 folds, BB calls $2.00, MP calls $2.00

Flop: ($7.75) A 7 A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB checks, MP bets $0.50, hero calls $0.50, BB raises to $2.50, MP calls $2.00, hero calls $2.00

Turn: ($15.25) A 7 A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
BB bets $10.00, MP calls $10.00, hero calls $10.00

River: ($45.25) A 7 A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 (3 Players)
BB bets all-in for $46.50, MP folds

Pot Size: $91.75

Ok so my call on the flop was to see what the bb would do, I am happy to get it with the donk and I think it will be pretty easy over 2 streets to do it. When mp raises then I think I am likely ahead but by 3 betting him, I likely eliminate the donk and only get him to call when he has ace or boat and with his stats I think his Ax could beat me a lot as he seems the sort of guy who folds A2- A5 etc

On the turn, a bet and a call. I am fearing I am behind now so just call.

Is the river an easy decision either way?
Comments on my thoughts processes?

I would raise the flop to about $5.

I would fold the turn, especially against that nit.

Just raise the flop like you should with ATC. If MP has a pair, he's probably not folding, and if BB has 99 or something, he's probably coming along.

Turn is kind of iffy since your hand is so underrepped, but it's still pretty hard to imagine that nit leading into two on this board without an Ace. All his Aces beat yours, and he probably has a boat anyway.

River's a really trivial fold.

Min raise the flop to 5 is what you suggested. That sounds like a raise to see where you stand which is usually pretty horrible

No, that's about half pot raise which is standard on a flop of this texture.

I really doubt he does come along with nines or tens tbh. My raise just screams out I have an Ace which is why I didn't want to do it. I have signalled my hand in a what is becoming a big pot in situation where tbh I am not overly comfortable playing a big pot considering everything.

Considering the flat call if I was to raise I would much prefer to make it 7-8.

Raising a minbet donk doesn't scream out anything other than the fact that you're not willing to relinquish the pot. Raising that [censored] to $5 is equivalent to making a normal cbet on this board.
