When Devilfish is berating Burt's play, Burt really seems to want to convince Dave that his [Burt's] play was good. Like he's seeking validation or something. Pu$$y.

I also agree that Dave used to be a protagonist in my mind - the gentleman. He is quickly changing that image. I suppose he see's Phil's success (they both were/are with UB) and thinks there might be room for two Poker Brats. He's probably wrong.

He's turning into a bigger jerk.

devilfish has been a jackass for a long time. the guy did a prison stretch for pummeling an old man.

a couple years ago he repeatedly insulted raymer on a TV table.

the guy looks drugged out of his mind almost all the time.

and those rings he wears, ridiculous. they should be confiscated by the police. brass knuckles are illegal.

edit: and as someone mentioned, after he busts on the WPT he starts molesting Shana Hiatt right on camera. what a loser.

My only experience with Devilfish happened at the Caesar's cafe. It was probably 4am, and I was eating a late dinner with Bones and Spacegravy when I saw a couple hot girls (who weren't hookers, which is rare for that place at that time). I introduced myself, then Devilfish came over from another table and said something about talking to "his girls". They then left their table and joined him and his friends. Owned.

Oh then he busted me in the $5k 6max 2 days later.

if you guys want to see him really go off check the other thread with the video link where he gets Helmuth all in w/ AA vs. 99, then makes some sweet jabs about how PH is such a good reader while slowrolling him, then gets out flopped and has a fit and calls the dealer names. it's sweet.

I can't recall a time when I saw televised poker with PH and I was actually pulling for PH ... that is how bad he was.
