I two days I am yet to get an e-mail reply from them, and while this really isn't that long, and I am probably just spoiled by the 3 hour responses from rakebackrus, raketherake, and rakereduction I was wondering if there is another way for me to contact thisisthenuts to get my issue resolved?
Again, this is by no means a rouge affiliate post, its just a spoiled customer such as myself wondering whats up. Anyone who replies, thank you for your time. |

I emailed TITN this morning and got a response 2 hours later. Maybe they just hate you. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] ETA: This was a question about a particular site's tracking, not a generic "what's your offer on site X?" question; I got a personal response from somebody named Jim, not an automated form letter.
(Seriously, my brief experience with them has been nothing but top-notch). |

There is a big affiliate convention in LV they might be at. Jim does a great job, maybe send them another email, it does not sound like the typical good support many say they have.

Jim has always gotten back to me whitin a day even for specific question, not just offer requests.

There support is weird in my experience, I either get a respone in around a couple hours or none at all (happened twice so far I believe).

the answers from TITN were always pretty fast. on tuesday jim told me he wont be around a couple of days (til monday, if i understood him right).

I am very sorry you have not received a reply. There is one player in particular that it is obvious is not receiving my replies over the last few days and I even sent him a message from my personal hotmail acct to try and get thru.
