I know this hand gave me a good result but I'm wondering if I played it correctly. My only read on this guy is that he has been making several big river bets on the end where potential draws hit, but I am thinking that he might have been bluffing 1-2 times at most.

I wasn't really sure if my bet on the turn was a good one. Maybe someone can help me with that as well.

Fold flop. You got lucky. Though to be honest, villian exposed strength of his hand by check calling turn. With flush draw and two pair villian would bet out on turn or check raise.
