Can you explain the relationship between 2+2 and Chuck & Conjelco?

Do revenue & expenses from the 2+2 forums flow thru Conjelco, or do they flow thru 2+2?

Does Mason have an ownership interest in Conjelco?

One guy processes orders as they come in via fax, email, etc.

He creates the packing lists and schedules shipping. He also creates the sales invoice which goes through further processing and mailing by me.

The other guy does all the actual packing. He also keeps the warehouse organized.

Before I was involved with the site, Mason asked Chuck to make it and run it. I'm not sure of the exact details with expense/ revenue. I believe it all goes through conjelco.

Mason and Conjelco are two separate entities. Neither has any ownership stake in the other. At least not that I know about.
