Poker-related functions rebelling - Do I have a virus?
My laptop is freaking out and I fear I have a virus- It seems like the poker-related things simultaniously stopped working.
I can't log onto 2p2 from my laptop, it gives me a message saying "Username/Password not found" or something. This is different than the message it gives me when I deliberately type in a wrong password. I can still access 2p2 from my home computer and can still log onto various other password protected sites, like facebook and my email account, from the laptop. Pokerstars refuses to connect to its server from my laptop, despite my trying it on numerous ISPs and networks. I can still log on pokerstars from other computers, and have already changed my passwords for security reasons. Also, whenever I go onto a web site, it gives me a warning saying "this site's security code has expired" or something to that effect. This is happening with all the sites I've tried, 2p2, AOL, upenn.edu, etc. Are these signs of a virus? Everything stopped working at once. Has this happened to anyone else before? What should I do? Thanks for the help. |

Make sure your system time/date is correct. This can cause the certificate errors you mention.
