After the flop action I thought a naked flush draw was very likely and would be prone to bluff after I had slowed down on the turn. Was this bad logic? I'm somewhat new to online cash play.

Normally when a bad player makes a min bet on the flop then calls, and leads larger on the turn, his hand improved. So I think he has a 7 here.

brave call, but vs loose bad players you almost allways are beat with 1 pair there. Most of them donīt bluff, and when they do it itīs for pathetic small amounts, like his flop bet f.e. .
Flop/turn looks good, though him betting the turn is allready a little suspicious, but you will see a Q, flushdraw a wierd A or PP often enough.
