Limp shove in full ring

I see people do it all the time at $10Nl with crap. Everytime I think yeah, they got A's or K's but more often then not they got Axs or even KXs . Sometimes it will be small pp.
Funny thing, in $10NL people keep calling them with even crappier cards.
