Call of course, you have a gutter as well. Given potsize and the action so far you have to call.

I don't like preflop though. People with 50BB and 4xBB opening raises are usually pretty strong and they don't like to fold to a 3-bet. I think fold>call>reraise

zzz obviously call vs an unknown, you did pick up a gutter so you probably have 9 outs when behind and have the best hand a decent amount of the time. If villain was "solid" I may fold, because they never have worse. But unknowns are completely unpredictable and his range could be very wide.
