Default 3betting 99 from blinds...

Full Tilt Poker, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

SB: $24.65
Hero (BB): $25
UTG: $43.95
MP: $31.35
CO: $25
BTN: $25.70

Pre-Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG folds, MP calls $0.25, <font color="red">CO raises to $1.10</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $4</font>, MP folds, CO calls $2.90

Flop: ($8.35) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $6</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to $18</font>, Hero folds

How often is everyone 3betting from the blinds?

CO is solid here.

I am only doing it against a habitual blind stealer.

almost all solid players are habitual blind stealers.

But not all habitual blind stealers are solid players.

Most of the time I call for set value, however I will 3bet if the raiser has been stealing blinds a lot.

I play it exactly as you did if I have noticed he has been stealing (which he probably has if you describe him as solid).

I would do this with 22 as well

Alot depends on the limper. If hes the type to stack off with one pair or a draw, i call, if not and the CO's raising light and you feel the limper will fold go ahead and three bet.

The more solid he is, the more I'd do it.

Depending on how aggro he is, I honestly must just get it on this flop. The board is so dry that a solid reg could make this move with a wide range.
