Default Chris Webber goes home

Welcome home Chris! All has been forgiven about that Final Four.

Chris Webber is set to sign with the Pistons on Tuesday. I know he's nowhere near what he used to be, but he is, believe it or not, one of FOUR players to average 20-10 last year. With the Pistons' gaping hole at center, 15-8 would do wonders, especially when cb1 gets back.

Thoughts? Obv the title still goes through the West, but looks like Chicago and Detroit are the main beasts of the East now.

For the price this is an excellent, excellent signing. If he's healthy as he says he is, then definitely.

Detroit is a good fit for him, too.

I've read reports about how he's openly shunned in Michigan. Is it just because of the Final Four debacle, or did stuff go down after that? Like he ran his mouth or something? Because otherwise it sounds retarded.

WTF THERE IS ALREADY A THREAD ON THIS TOPIC. * OR BAN FOR OP PLZ.

Anyway, glad he stayed in the EC. I have no clue how much gas he has left in the tank but the WC teams he was rumored to be considering would have made them (and the conference) that much tougher.

Also, I like the Pistons (this kinda stems from a hate for the Heat but the players also seem aight) so I'm cool with them getting better.
