Default I get stacked w/ AQs v JJ

This is a low limit 1/2 hand (i am a successful midstakes limit player trying to convert), but i feel entitled to post it cuz i just waded through the ENTIRE AQ v JJ thread in the best of, where Mason gets ruled by el d and numerous other prominent posters for his thoughts on playing AQ v JJ oop in a hypothetical situation.

So what do you know, shortly into my afternoon session, i pick up AQ of clubs in the hijack of a 6 max game, and raise it to 7. Unknown co raises to 22. I call and we're hu.

Flop comes A J 3 w/ 2 hearts. Flashbacks of this morning's long and painfully arduous read come to my mind, and i ponder my decision. (i started hand w/ 173, and he covered, btw, so i have 151 left). I remember reading about mason's assumption that the AQ guy would c/c when he hit, etc, and the other (good playing) guys said that this would weak. What is my best line here and plan for the hand, and is the preflop call okay? (in the best of thread, i cant remember if the AQ was suited or not - i assume it's an easy dump if unsuited...). I will now let others elaborated on this hand that i ended up playing terribly...
