correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't he have knee or leg issues in college and a lot of scouts were worried about possibly injurying them again???

In other news, we signed Adrian Murrell's little brother today from the Eagles PS. Apparently he was a pass rush specialist in college.

im actually surprised hasnt come up in discussion yet, but speaking of pass rushers...
anyone think its time to dump shaun ellis? this will make his third straight unproductive year, hes now 30 years old, and his only 2 good years were when john abraham was on the other end of the line...i know ends make the least plays in the 3-4, but meh i dunno, maybe we just need someone good again on the other side

Our defense ( and our whole team) is young. Taking out a veteran who is respected in the locker room and who knows the game could set us back. Get the right people for the defense, let the rookies learn, then when his time is up, search for his replacement. Our line is in shambles right now, no reason to take off the most experienced guy.

not to mention ellis is (or is at least perceived to be) one of the few guys who can stand the run on this D, but yea, he just hasn't been the same since abraham left...

kbz, imo, i think he gets a pass, nobody could win with the run D we have tbh...there have been QB issues, it's no secret the schedule got a lot harder this year and this team is very young...
i think he gets next year, but yea, his stock has fallen considerably since he was so highly touted before
