Default 3/5 TP on flop facing bad river (line check)

Live game, 3/5 blinds, $200 max buy-in.

Villain is weak and semi-tight. We've logged a few hours together, and he probably regards me as semi-LAG.

Chip counts
Villain $220
Hero $2300

Hero is SB with Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Preflop: 1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, CO calls, BTN calls, Hero calls, BB checks.

Flop ($20): J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bets $15, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, CO folds, BTN folds.

Turn ($50): 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero bets $35, UTG+1 calls.

River ($120): A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Hero bets $60

Is my river bet ok? Should I check/fold?
