Default JJ hitting set, clear fold on flop?

Greetings, sorry for the format, there's no hand converter for my current site yet I believe.

Would you guys continue this hand? It was so clear for me preflop and hard postflop that I actually timed out here. Reads on villain: TAG, weak, passive, uninmagitive.

This hand happened to me, and I haven't ever seen the fish TAG show much aggression pre- and postflop before. I haven't played against him yet on many tables. but according to my notes as shown above he seemed a pretty easy fish, not to bad to have to my left side.

This is what happened:

Table #446082 - Maida Vale Hall
Starting Hand #23521674
Last Hand #23521406
Game Type: Hold'em
Limit Type: No Limit
Table Type: Ring
Money Type: REAL MONEY
Blinds are now $0.50/$1
Button is at seat 5
Seat 1: bassiebeuker - $140.15
Seat 2: German - $25.90
Seat 4: studman1 - $162.61
Seat 5: gilprocess - $41
Seat 6: Soultwister - $98.50
Moving Button to seat 6
bassiebeuker posts small blind ($0.50)
German posts big blind ($1)
Shuffling Deck
Dealing Cards
Dealing [Js Jh] to Soultwister
studman1 calls $1
gilprocess calls $1
Soultwister raises to $4
bassiebeuker raises to $7
German folds
studman1 folds
gilprocess folds
Soultwister calls $7
Dealing Flop [Ac 7s Jd]
bassiebeuker bets $3
Soultwister did not respond in time and is folded
Soultwister folds

This is probably the first time I folded a set on the flop. The problem was this was a pretty weak straightforward player, against whom I've haven't played many hands yet, but my notes marked him pretty much as a weak fish. Thinking preflop he had a pair aces here, since I couldn't imagine a player like him making a silly minraise pf like that without anything less then a pair of aces from his position, I actually timed out thinking of any reason to justify calling or raising the flop bet.

Would you have folded here with this info?

I would prefer an open-fold on the flop so you don't get yourself in trouble.

Um why limit his PP holdings to just AA?

I didn't limit his holdings to just AA, but I figured in this situation I had about a 75% chance of being against AA. When you are playing against weak, passive players, who will hand you the pot on every flop they miss, and who hardly raise limpers in late position, I couldn't imagine him reraising so light with anything but AA while being OOP for rest of the hand, even with KK he would probably have raised more.

Here's the complete hand, with the chat included aswell (I hoped he would show after my silly remark).

Soultwister: wtf, you minbet right? so you got 3 aces
Soultwister did not respond in time and is folded
Soultwister folds
Taking Rake of $0.85 from pot 1
bassiebeuker shows [As Ad]
bassiebeuker has Three of a Kind: Aces
bassiebeuker wins $16.15
bassiebeuker: lol

Lately I've been trying to trust my reads more then just the strength of my hands, also when calling big overbets with mediocre hands. But this was probably the first time I played a very strong hand this weak because I figured the odds of still being ahead were too low. Chance he didn't have AA seemed just too low here.

Dont be results oriented. How pissed would you have been if he showed you AJ or something like that.
