Official 3+1 challenge 2007

Hello all,

You may remember the past few years when we held the NFL pick'em challenge. If you are new here are the rules:

You must make 4 wagers each week for different amounts, $400, $300, $200, $100 are the amounts you must wager, no more no less. Your weekly results will be totaled as the season progresses and at seasons end the person who has made the most money will be declared the winner.

What do i get if I win?
--You get the respect of your peers and $0 of cold hard cash. Maybe we can negotiate a custom title for you from the mods.

Do I have to pick every week?
--No, but it is encouraged, you wont be penalized for forgetting to make picks

How can I format my picks to make life easy on you LoO?
--Glad you asked, use the codes that are listed for each bet. When you reply to this post, list your 4 wagers in decending monetary value, but make sure to include the codes , if you dont I have to go searching for them and I will grow tired. For example

The most efficient method would be a post like:

103
205
228

If you want to include the team names or dollar values or lines so that everyone can see how smart you are, you can. Remember, the picks are listed as the $400 first down to the $100 last:

$400 101 Saints +6
$300 103 Broncos -3
$200 205 Titans/Jags OVER 37.5
$100 228 Giants/Boys UNDER 44

All picks have to be in by kickoff, so 1pm sunday for sunday afternoon games etc. If you list less than 4 picks, the first will be worth $400, the second $300 etc. So if you toally forget to play sunday you can still bet the line on the monday game and the over/under.

Thats about it! Its all for fun, Im actually looking for someone maybe to host a website to keep the totals but we'll see how everyone responds to playing.

So here we go, week 1 lines!! The 100 codes are for the lines and the 200 codes are for the over/unders. Pretty-self explanatory, make sure you have the codes right, thats all I will look at, post if you have a question. Reply to this thread with your picks.

Oh yeah If you are gonna change your picks, dont edit your old post, just make a new post, I will count the latest one. I might collect picks as the week progresses so i wont see that you edited your old post.
