Re: Did I play this too fast?
[ QUOTE ]
still, 3betting MP with 77 from the SB is neither standard nor good. [/ QUOTE ] It's not and I rarely do it, his argument blows though. |

Re: Did I play this too fast?
his stats are not out of line. a hand like 77 has great implied odds. there was no reason for you to reraise PF. I'd much rather reraise SC.

Re: Did I play this too fast?
I agree that calling is an option. I usually call if there's one more player or if we are deep stacked. Re-raising is pretty standard IMO, and it depends on the style you play.
Thanks for all the comments, I should have shutdown on the turn. Calling is obviously the other option. |

Re: Did I play this too fast?
When I see that 77 is in someone's reraise range I assume they reraise with anything that they would open with. Then I own them by opening my 4-bet range, pushing over their c-bet on a lot of flops, and letting them bluff off their stack when I start with a big pair.

Re: Did I play this too fast?
i dont want to be rude, but youd better adapt your pf style to your postflop skills.
