Default 5/10 right card wrong suit

From the ~50 hands i've seen, villain is somwhat passive, but not really that bad. Other than that no read. I really have no idea what his minraise means, probably an ace or something but could also easily be a flush draw. Real question is bet or check obviously. I feel like if I bet he would probably fold an ace because of the spade as well as the straight got there, but checking seems weak as he could check behind trying for 4th spade or something, and if he bets do I c/r or c/c or what? If I bet and get raised where do I go from there?

yea a min raise in this spot seems to be a weak-ish ace in my experience (sometimes flush draw..). though i'll rarely do it, 3betting the flop seems like a decent way to take down the pot on the flop. def bet near pot on the turn.
