He just joined - no reads. Is river bet retarded? Obviusly I am only getting called with better hands. Just couldn't quite check trips. I believe river bet was retarded - just checking if I am right.

I don't like it, like you said you don't get called with worse hands. I'd rather make it like $70

If it were obvious that no worse hand calls, then yah, don't bet. I don't think it's obvious though. This morning I got the BB to felt QTo on a 44TAK board in a limped pot with an overbet river shove.

Put him on a range - he's in the blinds so he can have a Q with a random kicker (probably not an A given his completion pf). He could also play a flush or straight draw in this manner. All the draws got there, and we're now losing to a lot of those random kickers. Checking is fine, although I'm tempted to b/f 60. WTF would raise this river that we beat? And WTF beats us and raises this river that doesn't get agro on the turn? I don't get it. Betting just $60 will extract some value from those weak Qs and saves us money v. the flush.

I check/call a small bet. 3/4 pot to all in I fold. Like everyone said everything got there....except ur fill up.

Nice suggestion, wuwei. But would you fold then? We are getting good odds and without reads, I don't know if he is not a retard who caught an ace on the river with a hands like at?

I would call here just because the odds.
