Villain is 40/25/3.5 over 160 hands. Its folded to hero`s BT. Hero raises A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Villain 3bets out of SB. Hero caps.
Flop comes Q36 all [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain bets. Hero calls.
Turn 3
Villain bets. Hero calls.
River Q
Villain checks.

What if the river was a 2?

And another one: Villain here is 27/20/1.7 and calls my CO raise with AqO in the SB.
JJT 2 diamonds.
Check-Bet-call.
Turn 7 no diamond
Check-check
River 2 no diamond
Villain checks

I am a big fan of the VB but I don't think I fire here. You are betting and hoping to get called by king hi. I feel like you get c/r'd here sometimes too.

I would bet both.

Edit: Didn't see that the first one was double paired too. I think that one's close, and I'd probably check.

I agree. Much too likely he is trapping or c/calling a pp. I just posted this hand as I hit the bet button without thinking and got called by k9.

I don't think betting the first one is that bad, but since our K doesn't play I'd just check behind. I'd bet it if the river was a two.

I'd bet the second one.
