NL 50 After 22k hands AK is my biggest loser. HELP!!!

Here are some of my hands. I really need to know what I'm doing wrong with this hand to be down so much money with it. I see other people's stats and AK is their biggest winner other than maybe AA, and KK.

Also, AQs is huge loser for me. I have no reads on villains since i don't have the HUD software. Just ordered it to day so hopefully that will help.
