Default Enough Loophole Ideas

Of course there will be some loopholes. Just like any illegal activity, no matter what is put in place, people still partake in the illegal activity.

However, using any type of offshore banking activity will draw red flags, and filing taxes will be impossible.

If you make a majority of your income from online poker, there will be no way around this bill without risking serious penalties.

Any efficient means of skirting this bill will be considered money laundering. That is a choice everyone will have to make on their own, and I would not suggest talking about it on this forum.
