i wouldn't c/r the turn. if you c/c and shove a blank he'll look you up with all sorts of worse hands out of confusion.

i think c/r looks weaker than c/c shove, I guess the spade means you might c/c JxQs or some such.

I like a c/c and re-evaluate the river. I don't like a c/r shove because he's only calling you there with a 9 or a flush. Lots of villains make this type of bet on the turn with random junk trying to get you to fold. If he's a thinking player, which I don't think he is, then this could be a good bet by him.

A spade might not be bad for you on the river because it'll likely cause him to slowdown. I'm willing to bet he will check behind on most rivers here and you will get to see a showdown.
