May be a stupid question but...
Is it legal to deposit and withdraw directly to a poker site using a check card?
I'm so lost on some of this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. |

Re: May be a stupid question but...
Well I'm sure poker site support is being flooded with emails right now. I did email Full Tilt to ask, but I was just wonderin if anyone here had a quick answer. Someone said only if it's a non-U.S. bank card. Blah.

Some cards work, some don't. Try to make a deposit and see if it's declined.

Re: May be a stupid question but...
In the U.S., you're not going to get a deposit BACK to a card no matter how hard you try. You might be able to deposit out to one. I was always able to use my debit card for Paradise until they closed to U.S., but I couldn't use it at any other site.

Re: May be a stupid question but...
Yeah, I read that today on Full Tilt's banking page. I could possible deposit using it. I was about to try to see if it would be accepted until I read that Visa's new regulation stated that I couldn't withdraw directly to the card. Blah.
