Could it be the credit industry? How many fish out there got several credit cards and maxed out the cash advance portions on each card to put the money into online gambling? That is what degenerates do, right? I would be interested to see if the amount of uncollected credit card debit has significantly increased in recent years (but I am too busy/lazy to check).
