eye soreness question

do any of you experience eye irritation after playing like 2k hands or so? i think after about 2k hands my play starts to lack due to the fact that ive been staring at the screen to long and it also makes me lose focus. is there anything you guys do to kinda make it easier?

Don't stare at the screen continuously. Move your eyes around, in other words.

i get headaches. i just power through it. if it gets too bad, i take a couple hour break, and do something else.

after 2k hands, i would be completely brain dead, though. 1k is my max.

Wait, how long do you sit at a computer to get that kind of eye soreness?

Take regular breaks, sitting out for a few rounds every so often will help [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

well happens to me too, headaches also, thats why I rather play live 100x more if I could, hate staring at the monitor and also in live I can socialize, but I don't live near a casino so [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

What I do to rest eyes is watch porn........lol jk

blink a lot, if you don't blink thats bad,
take like 30 min break from playing and go outside and get fresh air, really helps also sitting for long is another pain, so go outside few min and refresh

for me around every 3 hours I take a break
