fix me
Im 5'11 190, w/ moderate love handles and man boobs. How do I fix these unsightly issues...What do I need to change/add?
Work out routine: M: warm up on treadmill half mile run Squats about 5 sets untill I reach my one rep max. calf raises. 3 x 10 Thur: warm up on treadmill half mile run Deadlifts about 5 sets, last set heavy as I can while maintaining good form Military press V bar rows Sat: warm up on treadmill half mile run Benchpress 4 sets till one rep max Dumbell press Precher curls or dumbell curls Tricep overhead dumbell press Diet: Morning: OJ english muffin, oatmeal or total, bannana lunch: Tuna sandwich or Italian sub Dinner: Haddock or swordfish or beef or chicken w/ baked potoe and a vegetable. I probably drink like 30oz of milk during the day. twice a week ill hard boil 2 eggs for snack at night. I also drink about 10 or 12 beers a week. In september I probably weighed 165 pounds, and still had the love handles and man boobs. I have gotten much stronger, yet I still have the love handles and man boobs. I like the progress I have made in regards to strength, but I cant shed the fat, please help. |

Check your caloric intake, it looks like you are eating a lot more food than you need to be.

hmmmmmm "I probably drink like 30oz of milk during the day." milk has a lot of calories find a proper lifting program... |

Switch to skim milk if you havent already. That will save alot if you are drinking whole or even 2%
Drink light beers? Do more cardio. |
