Default 100NL: Turned TPTK in 3bet Pot v. Reg

Villain in this hand is a reg that I think I've played a decent amount with. I have him at 22/19/3.5 over a couple thousand hands. Button caller is a huge fish and is the reason I'm trying to isoraise here.

I'll simply check the flop and give up sometimes but I figured a bet would probably fold the better A high's so meh. Anyways, his flat on the flop seems pretty strange as I'd expect him to probably just shove KK/AA type hands as it's less than a psr at this point. Turn getting checked through seems pretty weird also. What's your line here on the river?

Read-dependent. Hope that helps.

He's not repping much. 99 or a stupidly played JT, T9, 44. I'd spite call him.

So let me get this straight. He called flop. Then checked turn behind only to over-bet bluff shove river? If he was floating why not just bet turn? It's more believable. Also once you check turn/river, he probably thinks his 77/88 has some showdown value...so why would he turn it into a bluff now? This seems like a ridiculously easy fold to me against any relatively sane opponent.

You've played w/ him a decent amount, yet you don't have any other reads than 22/19? And if button is a huge fish...why are you blowing him out of the pot by 3-balling?

Plenty of regs wait until the river to bluff for exactly this reason.

Well if there are arguments for snapping him off because his line doesn't make any sense...wouldn't that make this a pretty terrible line to bluff w/?

And I still don't see what he's calling this flop w/ to turn into a bluff after we check turn/river. Our hand looks exactly like AK/AQ. He probably has (and knows he has) showdown value against us.
