Default Live 1-2 Commerce hand

See below for my image...

Guy who is playing like he's on monster tilt but he's not opens from MP. He has opened Q2o from there recently - his range is around 50%. Joon (sp?) 3-bets next in - he has adjusted and his range is way different than normal. Folded to me in the SB with 9s9h and I cap. BB folds, LAG and Joon call.

Joon starts jokingly wailing that I have AA and they're both dead. (that is my image)

Flop is Q54 with 2 hearts. I bet, LAG calls (meaning he has 2 nonpaired cards, he loves putting bets in on the flop), and Joon raises.

He's very quiet all of the sudden.

What should my plan be, assuming he never folds a Q (he won't, I don't think)? How about my preflop play?

How 'bout 3-bet, and bet the turn, giving up if you're raised there?

Preflop, the hand is too good, given the circumstances you describe, to fold, so why not cap indeed?

He will never fold a Q so if you think he has that just lay it down. Tough spot though.
