Default I am at work, nothing to do... what can I do to improve?

So I am working most of the day. Not a hard work and lots of spare time for me. And I want to improve my poker game. Now I have read all my poker books (twice!) which are HoH V.I & II & III, Phil Gordond Little Green and Blue Book, Read 'em and Reap and The Theory of Poker. As I said I want to improve my game. I have the use of internet at work and lots of time. What should I do?

There are many things you can do depending on what type of player you are.

are you lag, tag, weak/tight, loose/passive?
what games do you play: nlhe, lhe, plo, lo8, 7cs?
what limits: .25/.5, 1/2, 5/10, 50/100?
what are the things you think you do best and what do you think you do worst?

Google wilson software for their holdem simulator if you want to check your playing style, before betting real money. Try their demo first, before buying.

I'd say I am tag but I can sometimes be weak/tight, I play NLHE, playing micro limits 5/10. I think what I do worst is pre-flop play, like overvalueing implied odds like playing SC and SP too much out of position.

yes, if you are tag and are playing sc and sp oop that can be a leak. Because you will rarely pick up the pot with aggression when you don't hit, the odds will rarely be big enough for you to play these hands oop. My best guess for you is to just continue playing as much as you can. Maybe even move down to a level you are comfortable at losing and really open up your game, raise preflop with sc's, float the flop, 3-barrel and weak player, 3 and 4 bet preflop with wide ranges. As you become more comfortable doing these things you will begin to understand the underlying concepts behind them, and your arsenal of moves will be much bigger for future situations. The number 1 thing I can give is: Never play any hand the same every time you get it, even bad players will pick up on repitition.
