200NL KQs, big blind hand.
CO opens to $6, button calls, SB raises $4 to $10. I call (K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]), CO calls, button calls.
CO seems to overvalue his one pair hands too much and has gone near broke a couple of times with TPTK. To be fair one of those times was against the SB... SB is playing ~ 80% of his hands, usually for a minimum raise. He plays really weak-passively postflop though, the perfect opponent. Flop 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] SB ($580) bets really weakly, $6 into ~ $40 pot. He has once previously done this and then re-raised, but he has also done this several other times and folded to a raise. I ($325) raise to $35. CO ($130) now re-raises to $78, meaning its ~ $40 to call, and he has another $40 left. What now? Should I have even got this far? |

Re: 200NL KQs, big blind hand.
Fold to initial bet (from the fish) or fold to the re-raise? Don't you think KQs has value in this preflop situation?

Re: 200NL KQs, big blind hand.
no, sorry. was a bit unclear. I like your raise of that pathetic bet from sb, but you should def fold to co's re-raise. KQs could very easily be domoinated in this situation. i.e. bad rio
