15% up to €75 11x. I always get the worst reload bonus from them

I wish I knew how they worked out who got the "good" bonuses and who got the crappy ones. I give them a 1000's in fees each month and yet they always manage to give me the stingiest bonus going. Then, just to make it a TOTAL joke, they have the cheek to take half of it back with the exchange rate robbery...

If you cashed out, 'unknowingly', right at the beginning of a bonus period an e-mail might get you in.

Otherwise...no.

I guess its because our bonus is in Euros, i.e. when you change the amount to dollars maybe the bonus seems better: if we clear one euro / 11 points then it would equate to about 7.5 points / dollar since I think the Euro is worth about 1.45 times more than a dollar.. My math may be way off as I never taken one of these bonuses, and I don't even know how much they screw us on exchange rates as I haven't played there for a while and as I play such small stakes I'd never be able to clear one of these so I guess I won't find out.
