i tend to think he bluffs more on the river considering my line looks drawish or like a weakish made in addition to the queen looking harmless. Doesn't betting pot let him get away from this spot?

You miss a ton of value checking that river. He's never bluffing the river here? he's 19/7/2 or w/e and he's put in money on the flop and river. He has something. Just lead the river.
