preflop sizing is realy really really bad, especially somewhat deep... he's not folding anything and you get into terrible situations

OP, did you insta misclick so he thinks you can have any 2 cards?
I think given preflop, our hand strength, the drawy nature of the board + the villains aggressive stats that you have to go with the hand

I would either 3 bet call shove, or call and crai on blank turns. C/f bad turns probably

Ya, my 3-Bet came pretty quick. fwiw he tanked long before calling pre/raising the flop.
