I like folding here best, though not overwhelmingly so.

I think raising to $300 and folding to a shove is very close but better than calling and shoving over his cbet on most flops.

The reason why this is a sexy spot to flat with KK+ pre with a squeezemonkey in the blinds is that it looks so suspicious and he will stack off light. So I don't really like reraising with AT here. Call and make a move on many flops seems ok, folding seems even better though.
