oh and villain is 43 VPIP over 50 hands and I just beat him out of last pot when he checked AQ on a Qx4 flop and i hit trip 4s, bet it, he rr, i called.. maybe tilting a bit

As played its a fold but I dont know why you checked this turn. I would be happily betting it and getting it in over a raise. Oh yea, either 3 bet or fold pf, and I definitely lean towards fold.

I don't think you have the odds to call there assume you have 17 outs (which is maybe not true) you can't pay the bet. But you should have raise prelop to take it down. I like a bet/3bet on the flop or at least a cr because you have a huge draw. You could also bet the turn.
