Agree with the above. Do you think Villain reraise/checks this flop with air? IMO, he's much more likely to bet this flop with AQ and TT than he is with AK. He's PCing AK or AA on the flop and v-betting subsequent streets. Don't payoff river.

If villain is good he can def value-bet worse on the river (like AJ or something) cause my hand looks weak. Am I off here?

Blech. No he doesn't. I don't think he can have a reasonable expectation of you c/cing two streets with TT on this board unless you have a super cally image.
