Shove. Incredibly low M and you can never be sure if you'll get AA next hand, or 10 bad hands in a row. There aren't many hands where I would not shove here, especially it being a turbo.

You have no FE here so we need to be able to make a good stab at villians raising range here to figure out if this is a shove or a fold.

It's right on the edge. Mostly, I fold here without a read. "He raised last hand" is not the kind of read I mean. "He is short because he hasn't played a hand before the one he just raised" is.
