Stuck in the Middle with You was used so well in Reservoir Dogs. Wicked scene.

'Love It to Death' by Alice Cooper is kind of like Pink Floyd after a long night of not so good LSD and plenty of good beer.
All other black wearing, snake toting rockers are just seventh hour sissy boys compared to Big Al. Alice Cooper is the man.
Also--- 'Karma' by Pharoah Sanders. Basically Jimi Hendrix with a saxophone.

Has anyone listened to Paul Simon's "Songs from the Capeman" from his failed broadway musical? There are some really great tunes on here but never really got any play time.

I think I tried to listen to this for a second time, and gave up. That's after loving Simon forever. It just really missed for me.

Dahlia by X-Japan is easily my favorite album of all time.

It's 'lost' because they are a Japanese Band and really no one listens to Japanese music. Most people are turned off by the fact that most of their lyrics aren't in English. I always tell people that the singing, even if it is in another language, is simply part of the total music experience. This album is really unlike anything I've ever heard before. With a good mix of post-modern rock and traditional ballads, it really has everything I love in music. Here are a couple of Youtube videos of songs off of the album:

Kurenai
Tears
