We'd assume that a solid player would do that to protect his hand, rather then a maniac. Against those hands we haven't got the pot odds to call for drawing to the flush.

About the only hand that might do this is AQh, but you're pretty much behind his range for doing this at the odds he is laying.

Is BB flat calling PF with AA - JJ? I don't think AA, KK, QQ, JJ are in villains range unless he's some super tricky player or super passive player.
