Villain is 26/22/3.9 over 500 hands but only arrgo factor of 2.0 on the river. I figure he's hardly ever got a K or a Q here. When he check raises the flop, I put him on 66-JJ and 67s with a slight lean away from JJ/TT/99 due to the possibility of a preflop reraise. His flop AF is 7.5. Should I give him more credit for A5s or 65s on the flop? Does anybody just let it go right here?

I usually fold the river (and many times the flop) in these situations, but a long losing streak has me doubting the correctness of a fold on any street (among other things).
