Default Common Situation, what do you do?

This type of situation happens all the time, what do most people do. I think at 5/10 NL full ring, which I usually play, this type of scenario is tricky without reads.

Let's say, full ring, no reads, you've just sat down with 1k. In the CO you see AQ.

Folded to MP1 who raises to 40. You call. All others fold.

Flop: Q37
Pot: 95ish

What would you do if MP1 bets a) 40 b) 60 c) 95 ?
What is your reasoning behind each action?

I'll post my thoughts in a bit.

I fold pre-flop for the very reason you need to post this. I am not good enough to win a lot with AQ heads up with a pre-flop raiser even with position if I have no reads.

AQ is tricky here...it really depends on the player ...so a player description would help

I usually assume I'm ahead and play accordingly. Sometimes this means flat calling and raising later, sometimes this means calling down to induce bluffs/avoid pushing away a weaker hand, sometimes this means trying to get in on the flop.

I think I would call all of those bet sizes because this seems like a classic wa/wb situation.
