Did you use the same address when making the second account? Do they catch people if you move and use a different deposit method?

just scan your drivers license and a utility bill or banks statement. Send it to them. This happened to me last week when i tried to make a cashout and they dug up some 3 year old account (that somehow had rakeback) that i had made while underage. They'll just transfer funds there and you'll be on your merry way.
