General discussion about playing with 1/2 or mini blinds

This is a bizarre structure. I've played in 3/6 games where the blinds where 1/2 and 4/8 where the blinds were 2/2 and in both cases the preflop call equaled the bb.

In your case, if I understand correctly, the bb is only half a bet, which, when compared to a regular game, is basically like posting the small blind. The small blind is only 1/4 of a bet in your game. In this case I would play the bb like I would play a sb in a regular game and I would play super tight out of you sb. You have the worst position and need to put in 3/4 of a bet. Man thats terrible...it's almost auto fold.

On the flip side any time the opportunity arises to steal the blinds I would tend to attempt it more.
