Brag: Feels good to finally be a luckbox
These three hands happened in about a fifteen-hand stretch after we got heads up in the Full Tilt $15,000 Guaranteed Rebuy tournament early this morning. As someone who constantly complains about putting the money in good and getting drawn out on, I think this is my cue to STFU for awhile.
Note: Although I got it in with the best of it in hand #1, I was obviously fortunate to win after that flop. Besides the last hand you never really put your money in behind... or too far behind.

Besides the last hand you never really put your money in behind... or too far behind. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah I know. It wasn't that I was putting the money in as a huge dog, it's just that I hit such a perfect card all three times. The second hand really surprised me. I thought he had at most one pair. I definitely expected an ace to be an out as well as the diamonds. I thought he was screwing around and I might even have the best hand. Seeing two pair really shocked me. Lucky river, lucky river, lucky turn. It usually doesn't happen that way for me. |
