You can tell by the size of her head that she has the genes to be a huge fatty. It's gonna be a constant struggle her whole life, she will lose some day.

shes been hanging at my facility for the past few months, must have lost the weight before that, I didnt know who she was until someone pointed it out(never watched the show), I saw the ads a few weeks ago and thought it odd that the bikini shot did not show her chest all that large.
