quick pf raise question

Windsor 100 max game. effective stacks are 100
game has been passive with little raises pf and about 5 or 6 limping eaching time

I am on the BB with JsTs and 4 people called the $2 BB. I raised it to $10 dollars, knowing all 4 people would call, and I did this to build a decent pot. I figured if I hit it hard then I made the pot big enough for people to call me light, my hand is hidden, and if I miss I am done with the hand.

Good raise yes or no, and why

No. Don't reopen the betting, don't build a huge pot oop. You are just asking for trouble. JTs is only a very marginal hand oop. Plus, you probably get someone's stack anyway if you hit hard.
