Default What you do after playing crap?

January was a bad month for me, till now. I had bad cards and got some BB. I played quite good most of the time, but yesterday i really sucked. Is sucked at big spots. I adaptedmy game very good to special opponents.
But every time the pot becyme big i thought "this time he can`t have it. He couldn`t call with this gut shot or hit this runner runner."
I called with 2 Pair against a tag on a 4 to st8 board.
I don`t think it was tilt. I really thought about these bad decisions, but i simply couldn`tbelieve that this [censored] happened again!

I change from player to student and go into my poker library and spend a few days brushing up again.

I realize that nobody plays perfect poker 100% of the time, so I don't get too down on myself. If I think I played like a complete moron though, I'm quite happy calling myself a complete moron for a while.

Review the hands you thought you'd played badly, identify any mistakes you made and take comfort in the knowledge that you're less likely to make said mistakes in the future, rather than dwelling too much on the fact that you "played terribly" or whatever.
