Interesting hand. Yah it looks like not much else could be done here. You both have full stacks. I would probably put in a full bet of $2 on the flop here. And then maybe like 5 on the turn. Not to big a deal though. Although just a bit weak on the flop. On the river it seems a bit like he's trying to value bet a big hand like a set or perhaps a dirt straight by not putting you all-in. I'd fold 85% of the time against a unknown or little known.

pretty standard. little more on flop. You might be able to get away with a thin value bet on this river.
